Back OF HOUSE

FULL-TIME: maker of the dough + decorating team

  • First and foremost, you must have a kind demeanor and positive attitude. We have a really amazing team dynamic, and this is a priority for us.

  • That being said, must be willing to work as a part of a team working towards the same goals.

  • Must be knowledgable of the PVDonuts brand and mission.

  • Pastry and/or bakery background required.

  • Hours may vary, but are as follows:

    • Start time between 6 - 7am, and ending when tasks are completed.

    • Weekends and occasional holidays are required.

  • Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time (we'll provide new kitchen shoes after 60 days if you don't have them).

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

  • Must be able to think on your feet, be proactive, and solve problems as they come along.

  • Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Making all of our dough

      • Brioche, Old Fashioned, Flourless, Vegan

    • Dipping and decorating donuts

    • Producing glazes, toppings, and in-house product, etc. 

  • Probably a lot of other things that will come up that will be as new to you as they are to us, but that’s all part of being a small business.
